The Courts

Where a Judge will hear evidence from all the parties to the case and consider any other available and relevant evidence before reaching a decision and giving Judgement in the case. The Judge will also make an Order as to who is to pay the Costs or Legal Fees. The outcome of a case can, in most cases, be appealed to a Higher Court in the event of either party being dissatisfied with the decision of the Court.
The nature of dispute and the amount of money involved will dictate whether the claim will be dealt with by The Small Claims Court, The District Court, The Circuit Court, or the High Court.
